The Problem with Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 Remake

I used to be so good at this game and now I'm terrible I can't figure what I'm doing wrong.

I'm exploiting this trick as soon as i get in from work tomorrow 😆

714 challenges but over 400 of them being skater challenges where you basically repeat same challenges with different characters.

I guess it kinda sucks if you do stuff on accident. But, this doesn't sound worth caring about

What would be cool is if the devs disable challenges by default but on a regular basis add player created park onto a list of levels where you can complete challenges. That way you get the best of both worlds, the stupid fun of doing ridiculous stuff and the extra content from players.

You absolutely can not trust the community to do anything

How about have a player side setting to disable challenges for user created levels. If you find a level you like, you can turn that setting off so you don't exploit it.

Love when youtubers try to be prophetic. High scores aren't enough for games now...yet House Marquee, rhythm games, run/time attack, and Tetris remain a thing even in 2020.

Thats why I haven't tried any others' parks, cause I know they would ruin some of the challenges for me. Good looking out man

Pro skater Challenges : a lot are tied to classic parks and specific gaps 10 million score trophy : tied only classic parks Get theres ( hard) : tied all to classic parks and one of the more difficult trophies /challenges Unlock secret skaters : goals and challenges mostly tied to classic parks Secret Decks : insane scores tied to classic parks Plus a lot of other challenges are specifically tied to classic parks . SO NO , you can't simply exploit the most demanding challenges doing cheap tricks on created parks. Most demanding trophies /achievements also tied to classic parks . Doing a 1 million combo is a piece of cake on any official park , except you are a novice player or getting back into thps.

Thug 1 has a share cap feature too.

I wouldn't be too disappointed if it was a 100,000 anything under a few million is is chump change for an average player. There are challenges in the tens of millions of points so don't be too worried about it.

Cheers, I'd only play fully fledged player made levels anyway. Creation's that are made by heart and not to exploit the game. I'm already worried that there is a perfect foundation to introduce monetization VIA a store currency, especially considering how little money you earn each round Online.

There's no way you can get every challenge just by cheesing it in create-a-park, even if your up to level 50 or so, you are still barely scratching the surface of all the regular challenges and hidden challenges. Also, the stigma with exploits in games is incredibly stupid. Just look at thugpro, the skill ceiling is much higher because there's advanced glitches like buttslaps, boostplants, or bhra's you can do and it is fully embraced.

mate just dont cheat and dont play create a park and also dont care about challenges so much, the original game just let you unlock movies at the end. Just collect the stat points and level up characters and then unlock their movies its simple.
