This sort of behavior does not surprise me in the slightest. Clickbaiters have done things similar to this, crazy Epic Games/YouTube/TikTok doesn't do anything about this.

youtube should troll these creators with putting a giant banner in red on their stream that says "This is fake dont fall for this" something along the line of that

I’m glad someone has finally spoken up about this. it’s so annoying and frustrating to watch these scammers make kids fall for this, it’s so disappointing.

I saw this as well. I always see it when I’m scrolling through YouTube shorts. Then I realized they were prerecorded and on a loop.

The funny things was that when Epic removed rarities from the cosmetics, the streams actually showed the cosmetics with rarities 😂

I recognize Fruit Boom before, he used to do roblox scams livestream and its mostly just a classic website scam and giving robux in group funds meaning they must have used a fake website before to make it real. I didn't realise he was into fortnite now.

Finally someone called this out. And another thing, I am starting to feel like the whole chat consists of bots, too. All the people are so repetitive and they all request the same skin over and over again.

One time a guy promised that if you donated 100 dollars he said he would give tons of gift cards. About 10 minutes later someone donated 500 dollars and didn’t know that it was scam.

bro finally somebody covered this. I see these scams all on shorts and it always makes me feel bad for the kids who fall for these scams. so glad you covered this!

I also noticed like you said that these streams are prerecorded. I wish YT would stop pushing this bullshit onto shorts feeds. As content creators we should all upload videos about this scam to raise awareness. Thank you for this video.

Thanks for covering this, seen so many live shorts of these and I just kind of scrolled past them not thinking much of them. Assumed it was a scam but didn’t think it would go that deep

I knew it was a scam. I kept typing in the chat that’s it’s a scam over and over and over again… nobody listened or replied…

Thank you so much I’ve been trying to tell these kids in the comments of the live streams and they obviously didn’t see and if anything i probably helped those dudes more for giving them more attention but I’m glad this problem is being noticed

Thank you for bringing awareness surrounding these streams which pop up on shorts! There was one where they flat out played dumb and just showed ghoul trooper without going in for the pink style request. Its mind-blowing with the audience trickery going on.
