not being able to beat Trace of ALL champions is so funny to me. Would be pretty cool to see anime characters such as dawn or even team rocket (jessie/james) take on the champions!

Absolutely smashed it mate, Wes is a beast, really makes me want to play XD and Colosseum again, it’s been so long. Still to this day can’t believe Lance with those 3 dragonites 😅

I feel this is a bit too broad. Colosseum has 52 Pokémon, 1 of which is Ho-oh- which gets a veto because legendaries can't be on canon teams, 1 of which is Duking's Plusle, which is useless outside of double battles (and even inside them with a Minun still isn't very good), and 2 are his only official canon team. All the other 48... I feel like there can't be any overlap with Johto or Hoenn protagonists, rivals, or Champions. And since the point of the game was to give access to Pokémon otherwise inaccessible in the Kanto Remake and Hoenn games- I feel like any non-version-exclusive Pokémon in either dex not only shouldn't be part of his "canon" team but shouldn't have been in the game in the first place. And his team should be a combination of Johto and Hoenn, 4-5 Johto and 1 or 2 Hoenn, no Kanto. I say that's still a fairly broad selection, But then again, a majority of his available roster are Johto Pokémon, which were/are abnormally weak, so maybe having to mostly use them is fair balance? Also, his team should only know moves that were accessible in each respective Pokémon's moveset as of 3rd gen, I noticed you were using some gen 4+ moves there like Toxic Spikes and Zen Headbutt, and moves that technically existed back then but not within the user's move pool yet back then. Also, I feel like you ought to cap out their levels at around 50.

You technically didn't really win that challenge but it is cool that you we're able to beat all the champions maybe a Pokémon showdown battle with trace's team could make up for it

This was a different concept then the playthrough of Wes in SV How'd you decide the teams for each champion? How about doing Team Rocket Trio from Pokemon anime in SV If doing this then how about Lance and Leon. Lance because won PWT in anime which means beat other champions and Leon because was the World champion in the anime so beat other champions in the Masters 8 Besides that I am hoping have more mono or shiny lockes planned
