World's Fastest Camera Drone Vs F1 Car (ft. Max Verstappen)

It took Red Bull and the Dutch Drone Gods over a year to create a drone that can accelerate two times faster than an F1 car, reaching 300 km/h in just 4 seconds with a top speed of over 350 km/h. The development was accelerated by access to know-how and processes of Red Bull Advanced Technologies, a high-performance engineering arm of Oracle Red Bull Racing Formula 1 team and trialled behind the RB8 and RB19 cars driven by @liamlawson30 and David Coulthard.

what should we film next with the fastest camera drone in the world? 💨
-
10/10 for putting the full un-edited lap with no music
-
That run was one of the most beautiful pieces of automotive cinema I've ever seen. No comments, no overly dramatic trailer music, just pure respect for the machine, driver, and the art of engineering.
-
thanks for not adding music in entire lap, the sound of f1 car and the ripply noise of drone hitting the rain was very therapeutic
-
I don't know that I've ever truly felt glued to a video before watching this.
-
mad respect to the fact of NOT using any over-dramatic music during the run... Highly appreciated.
-
Red Bull is literally doing side quests at this point 💀💀
-
THAT is some of the coolest footage I have ever seen! The water-wake of the F1 car is insane, perfect focus, HD, THANK YOU! This is going right to Facebook.
-
that is one hell of a drone, the fact you guys helped them with the design is amazing. they saw the potential of this amazing piece of tech. I feel so proud for you guys.
-
whoever edited this and put the entire shot all by itself no cuts no reactions.. i absolutely love you for this
-
The RB20 racing in the rain viewed from above looks even more beautiful
-
This could really get me into watching F1 races... Well-done! (Previously versions wasn't painting the full picture of how fast these cars can and does go, this really puts a whole different perspective gives immersive experience)
-
that last shot full out over the finish line was epic!

This thing pulls ~2000+ watts for a whole lap with all of the electronics inside of a tiny tube. They did this without blowing up the ESC, and they kept a clean enough signal for a stable video feed + GPS rescue + clean enough gyro signal to be flyable / no de-syncs. And they hit those speeds with all the added weight of beefed up electronics, stripped down action cam, and a battery large enough to sustain that load??? Hopefully those that haven't flown FPV can appreciate the work that went into this drone (even the initial prototype)! Absolutely incredible job by everyone involved!
-
I've been watching F1 live and on TV since 1974 and those are the best shots of how F1 drivers deal with heavy rain I've seen.... epic.
-
Dude that was awesome. What a great shot. I could see this being incorporated into actual races, sports, events etc. for a bird's eye view during the regular filming, so the viewers can get a more immersive perspective.
-
Watching the controlled chaos of the flow of air off the back wing of the RB20 is incredible, love watching F1 in the rain for that reason
-
That single shot in the rain and spray for the whole lap - no overlayed audio.. AMAZING!!!!
-
"Nice job guys, we'll take it from here." slaps a redbull logo on it.
-
literally never seen a full f1 event from start to finish but would 100% see one if it was filmed like that permently.
