We had a wild cat join our household after we moved. He was a European Forest Cat and was build like a fricking bulldog. He was strong enough to pull 9 year old me on his toy through the flat if he wanted to. This guy wasn't scared of anything, really, but he did react quite skittish to touch. He learned over time that pets are not a bad thing, but he was quite clear when he was not okay with them anymore. The amazing thing was, he wasn't scared of the vacuum at all. This like 7 year old, fully feral cat who decided to move in with us cause of how sick he was and asking for help, literally let us vacuum his fur. And he loved it. Gizmo, I miss you, buddy. Really hope you are doing well wherever you ended up in.
