Both sorrow and joy are temporary. Its a result of interaction with Mind and Matter.... .Mind is nothing but a chatterbox which consistently plays information stored in the Hard Disc.....it will either take us in the past or in fraction take us in the future....not easy to tame the Monkey mind but with constant practice of Mindful Meditation, our awareness levels of remaining in the present moment increases and remain calm while witnessing that this is the only reality......no person, place, thing or situation.....everything is within us....listen to the sound of silence โค

I realized lately, that some songs have a great melody, but the text is actually awful. Often enough I was singing along, on the one hand because I am not a native English speaker and sometimes my translation mode is off, for example when I am tired I only think in German, and on the other hand because I like the melody and the rhythm so much. With mindfulness, we sharpen our awareness of these differences and of what we actually are doing, and if we are aware, we can change it. ๐ Namo Buddhaya
