I don't care about Jason Blaha. He's just a guy who likes to talk in front of a camera - and there are so many way worse than him on the YouTube, definitely. What I care about is that I found videos of Friendly Neighborhood Bobby through Jason Blaha. This here was just a pleasure o watch - one of the most sincere and honest speeches I've ever witnessed in the virtual reality. A charge of a positivity, which definitely made my day brighter, and maybe someday will help me to make the right decision somewhere. If you have something to tell the world, sir, I'm one of the listeners. Subscribed.
  • I sprained my ankle a week ago, still hit legs twice that week... I fucked my right kneecap up (inflammation), i STILL did squats twice this week. Never give up Strength through pain
  • @MassiveIron
I'm almost 49. I train hard and heavy. I seem to be OK.

I'm 40 and go to the gym 4 days a week...I work out with a 65 yr old...he's pretty jacked...blaha failed at everything...and doing one set of deadlifts one set of shoulder presses and one set of dips isn't enough...fuck I do more in the gym in one day then bloho does in 2 weeks...and he calls him self fitness guru...smh
  • @riling
His channel is just about making low-income money that he can stay home sitting on that chair. He speaks about "fitness" since he got some following there. He would speak about any topic to get that low money if people just would come to listen him. He has no passion about anything beside easy safe life at his comfort zone as you said here rightly.

What if Jason only likes to train a few days a week? It's his life. No harm done.
  • @JoeBudd-D
Why would Jason be jealous of these guys when he has elite strength himself?
  • @VIRT22
Chill bro, he was talking about the shit form bodybuilders use, it has nothing to do with pain and suffering and what not. Learning proper technique and injury prevention is key to make gains in the long run, but if you keep fucking up your joints and "training through the pain" it's all up to you if you develop a chronic injury that will reduce your quality of life. Train smarter.
  • @dl1036
Blaha is just a youtube troll. He never collabs with anyone, never does training videos, has been the same size for like 4-5 years. I feel a little sad for him.
  • hey Bobby,,,do u lift weights,,,or are u just a Jason blahhah hater like the rest of us. lol,,,,or are u a motivational speaker,, thanks for your time
  • @S03Mac
He's saying that cause he's not a jacked 40 year old . It's all a projection of how insecure and miserable he is .
  • @madseason5614
Your mouth is writing a cheque your ass can't cash. Non negotiable.
  • @CemeteryLarry
So you just going to try to get famous off making videos about Jason that don't actually make any definitive statement?
  • @Braccarius
Nope... disagree lifting and life is not about how much pain you can take. That is such a pessimistic outlook and is exactly what you are railing against Jason Blaha for. Regardless of our views on life... your view on lifting shouldn't be about struggling through injury and perseverance... at least that's not why we got into it to begin with. It should be about challenging yourself, not hurting yourself. I know there's a view that pain is just weakness leaving the body -- fine... some people view it like that. But, pain is also a warning and if you ignore it long enough eventually you can come to regret it. I used to lift like you... fuck the pain as long as I'm setting PR's. Until the day my tricep tendons became so tight from doing Skullcrushers with improper form that I had to go to physio. Listen to your body.
