In my opinion this game was awesome

Just re-bought this game again on Ebay! Can’t wait to get goin on it
  • I still Remember sitting in my grandmas basement with my dad cousin and uncle as a 4 year old and watching them play against each other

The 3D grass is ONLY in replays and cutscenes, when you are actually playing the grass looks like shit

I remember watching the the MLB Home Run derby on tv. Then going to GameStop for the midnight release. For so many years.

@Bfrench95 You gotta love the new tackling animations, though. Still, it doesn't seem enough to warrant a first day purchase. I did think about doing such, but I changed my mind. I may just wait. Ironically, that is the same notion I have about getting MW3. The game doesn't have ENOUGH changes to get $65. So, how much do you like NCAA 11?

@SoulfulBrutha5805 Yeah! I believe momentum and foot planting is the next thing, which needs to be worked on for NCAA 13 and Madden 13. They both seem to be on to something with the omission of the tumbleweed tackling, morphing, and suction tackles.

They need to make it that your recievers adjust their routes according to how the defense is set up ,because right now they just run the route... even if the route wont allow them to get open.

@Ausbos5 The new tackling systems DOES kick ass. I just got through playing the demo.....again. I caught a pass, juked a defender, spun into another tackler and got ROLLED on. All I could say was, "oooohh!" I usually don't react like that to games. Those hits are hard as hell. It feels even better to get one on the CPU. I also like the fact that this game is competitive. No slider adjustments needed.

@1Dub79 yeah I feel it, Madden 11 burned me bad last year and I ended up trading it for NCAA 11. From what i've seen of Madden 12 though it looks like a significant upgrade possibly even a bigger upgrade than NCAA 11 to 12. The camera angles/ presentation looks amazing, Dynnamic Player performance and improved franchise mode/superstar mode are also pluses, not to mention the player models looks really good and team specific intros. Might be the first year I buy and keep both games haha

The ncaa football franchise might be the greatest sports gaming franchise of all time imo

when i played the demo i found even on my regular difficulty defence was easier than offence. i would continusly get sacks but on offence i had trouble getting 1st downs... wich is odd cuz in every other football game i suck at defence

I have played every madden and ncaa football game. And I have found that NCAA football 12 and 09 are by far the two best football games on the PS3. Madden 12 is the best madden for ps3 with great graphics and the best franchise mode.
