I've had enough time to sit with my emotions. At first it felt extremely uncomfortable. I would feel very uneasy in my abdomen/stomach area, as if I was losing my center. I noticed that my thoughts would quickly try to hide those emotions by distracting me away from them. But I've learned to sit with them and feel them. But woman oh woman, that mind will do anything to protect you from pain. I haven't lost anyone close to me. I can't imagine what that experience feels like. I tend to watch these more than once throughout the week to see what I missed, so to me live videos would probably make a little difference. I'm for what's best for you and the channel. Thanks always.
