  • That is how a proper leader takes it when somebody wants to takenon a new challenge.
  • @MadSnake123
Vince if he had been asked this question.... "Who is Edge? That name is banned in WWE"
  • @angryCOMMguy
Had a boss that was the same way when I moved on years ago. We still keep in contact to this day.
  • This is why Triple H is the best person to be in that seat. He knows the product from a view standpoint, learned the business hands on from Vince and has the insight and empathy for the Wrestlers being a former wrestler and knowing what their struggles were.

This is the reason that HHH is the man ,he knows how to come across things, explain it in a timely manner

Classy answer Edge is all but done There’s not real room for him
  • @nickvitale6024
Absolute great and class answer. This is why Triple H is so respected

Dude Edge had an amazing last run in WWE. Balor, Aj, Seth, Bryan, Roman, etc. it was perfect. (Edit, and Randy Orton of course)
  • Edge and christian brings back memories feom school days.Shed a tear seeing him getting old.
  • Tbh. I love HHH. To see him run wwe is.. just satisfying.. I trust him
  • @pellajoe
Such a breath of fresh air with HHH running the show
  • Edge he had broke the record for 25 years in WWE this isn't easy it is just perfect , winning so many rumbles and wrestlemanias

It's business; nothing personal. There is a lot of respect between them, so I see him coming back for a Legend's deal eventually
  • Reminds me of one of my favourite mentors. When I broke the news to him that I've decided to take a new role, at another company that's a competitor of his company, he was actually happy for me. He encouraged me and gave me advice to be the best I can be so I can continue climbing the ranks in that industry. A true leader will be happy for you regardless of what you choose. They teach you all they know so you can take that along with you in life wherever you go. As a team leader myself, I now pass on all that my mentor taught me. His legacy moves through me and all those he's taught and sent out into the working world. Respect to HHH here.

It's good business for Edge and WWE for him to leave. There is nothing left for him to do in WWE. Edge leaving for AEW is like WWE leaving a walking talking gold business card at AEW. He left them on good terms and will likely say nice things about the company. When there's someone else who builds their name on AEW and wants to move over to WWE, Edge is their point of contact.

What a gotdamn fantastic answer. Literally couldn't have done it better.

Triple H is actually the best person for the job man wwe has been better than it’s been in years the superstars that we thought would never come back have came back and he understands what it’s like to be on the road all the time and just to be an employee of the company so he’s def had some things to work out but he’s getting there

Edge had a story book return not everyone gets to return like he did especially with the injury he had he was very fortunate. And we all know how grateful he was to have been able to get that opportunity to return after so long & then to have a great end to a great career it’s pretty awesome when Wrestlers get honoured like that whether on Top or on their Shield. And then for there to be No animosity between WWE & Edge that speaks volumes that’s pure respect!!
