Push is my go to! One quick tip: instead of copying, clicking the other clip to highlight it green, and then pasting--you can instead just hold 'alt' and drag the transition to the clip you want, and it will duplicate it. It's super fast. You can also use that method to duplicate most anything on the timeline, and if you want to just select one thing in a linked clip (like just the audio or video) without unlinking them, 'alt' and clicking on what you want will allow you to select just that one clip without anything else associated with it. Edit: I learned another quick way to add to multiple: if you select all of the clips you want to apply the transition to, and then click on the edge as if you were going to change the length of all clips, it will highlight ALL of them green along the edge, and then when you paste, it will apply to all of them. This is actually incredibly helpful for me! The green highlight thing to allow paste is new to me though, and will definitely come in handy when I am adding to a bunch of tracks. Thank you!

I’m embarrassed to say I’ve been using Resolve professionally for 5 years and I didn’t know most of these. Thanks for posting.
  • @lenVallo
Zooming with adjustment layer just blew my mind 🤯 ..i was zooming every single clip manually this is a serious gamechanger thank you 🔥😄
  • @prestonurvina
Crazy how you can use all of the effects, watch a video, and find out how many more useful ways you can use it! Thanks, Sir.

The blanking fill and drop shadow comes in a perfect time. I will have to edit a video with a lot of pictures, what i have never done before and i already thought of ways to not just have this 2D look of a squared picture on a 2D backround... <3 The result will be so much better now! Thank you!
  • @llpreiss
WOW!!! Where were you when I needed these on previous projects? I did it the hard way -- searched until it was found; UGH! Thanks again.
  • @cjnaasz
I'm just getting started with video editing and this video helped tremendously, thank you so much!
  • @philipsbrett
Thanks Dunna, these are so useful! Adding this video to my list of "glad I found it, but also agonizing over the hours lost before hand" playlist. I've been shooting an interview series for about a year now, and only just found out about remote grades last month. All these tips to avoid endless copy & pastes are welcome!
  • @Phrystile
