Apple should instead be apologizing for charging $200 for an additional 8 GB RAM or 256 GB internal storage...

This is the dumbest “controversy” I’ve seen in a while

I’ll take a reduction in price for the iPad as the apology. I thank you

Ironically, this might have been a very honest ad from Apple, although unintentionally. Digital devices have made the human experience hollower. It's good to detach from gadgets occasionally, and enjoy the more physical, analog stuff - like everything that was destroyed in the ad.

Can we get an ad showing an Apple Ipad being crushed by a hydraulic press?
  • @choo1030
Didn't LG create similar ad like this around 2003? Apple copying other company's original idea now? That's new low

I agree with the ad being the wrong message, apple is so famous because of the messaging of freeing the individual not compressing it down to their product. Very full of themselves and pretentious. As a big apple fan, I was sad when I saw this ad. People shouldn't joke about making more of a deal than it is because it actually is a pretty big let down if they are old enough to know the history.

"OMG, I hate this ad and what Apple does! I can't believe people buy into this." -Sent from my iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, iMessage, and Mac Book Pro.

I think they are angry because many artists, musicians, creators use iPad. So when the ad pressed down a trumpet, piano, paint colors, etc… , it makes it seem like they are going against the people who probably use it for work the most.

That was genius……they got 3 minutes of free advertising in this broadcast. Add in all the other broadcasts and that’s millions or billions in free advertising.
  • No matter whatever big iPhone comes with new features or technology nothing can replace the organic music ,arts and other instruments .

The ad was pretty harmless but not gonna lie, as a musician, seeing an upright acoustic piano and trumpet being absolutely smashed for a 1 minute ad kind of broke my heart, I would’ve happily taken it off their hands 🥴😭
  • @chrismofer
I thought it was a simple CGI gag, not ACTUAL FOOTAGE destroying real instruments. Incredibly disrespectful to creators
  • @SmudgyRules
I see what they’re aiming at, but it was certainly difficult to watch.
  • My goodness, did you see the way its eyes exploded out of its head? 😳 Certainly doesn’t make me want to buy an iPad. 😵‍💫
  • @potato_rotten
How is people getting mad over this ad??? I genuinely don’t see anything wrong about this…
  • @chopper.98
I don’t find anything wrong in ad. Who are the morons got offended 😂😂
