Again sorry for the horribad quality, recorded on an Iphone4 portrait view /facepalm

I also apologize that the how to isn't in the video and instead you gotta read here
but my Vegas Pro 11 is screwed up and this is the best I can do..

Anyways what this does as you can see in the video is makes you run alot faster than normal.
I think the reason it does this is because the developers made the shout speed up your regular
attack motions instead of creating new animations so when you're runing forward it speeds the movement
up as well.
The perk you need in order for this to work is Dual Flurry 2/2; also I've got the perk in
Heavy Armor that makes it weigh nothing and not slow me down so I'm sure that can't hurt.

But what you do is dually equip two longswords (longswords because they are the fastest of melee
weapons, not sure if knives work better or not but probably not much of a difference)
You will need the shout Elemental Fury which you can get from SHRIEKWIND BASTION, DRAGONTOOTH
CRATER, and in Kilkreath Ruins during "The Break of Dawn" quest.
The power of this shout lets you swing (unenchanted D:) melee weapons inhumanly fast, I discovered that
when you use this, then sprint and attack you get this wierd, but fast, little speedy choppy gait.
All them Nord ladies be hittin' you up on your Snowberry once they see that strut :3

HOW TO:
Use Elemental Fury, start to sprint, and while sprinting start pumping your right hand
melee attack button but make sure you don't hold it down else you will do a power attack and slow yourself. The
only way I know to move any faster is to 'FAST TRAVEL' der, or turn into a Werewolf. But who wants to go through
the trouble of drinking that nasty mut blood when it's so much easier to scream really loud and choppity chop chop.
Also the left handed attack is as slow as normal for some reason.

COMPLETELY UNRELATED SIDE NOTE: I've found a good way to wait for long periods of time faster than normal. What
you do is travel from one side of the map (Near Markarth) to the other side horizontally (Riften'ish) and for me
it made around 26 hours pass with one quick loading screen instead of the dreaded tick down you normally get
when waiting.

Thanks for watching and hope this helped someone XD
