OK SORRY FOR THE WAIT PEOPLE - this took a bit longer than I thought so I've split it up into two parts - this part is the intro and fitting the nut, the second is fitting the Bigsby and an outro.

I'm watching with interest, got the lefty Iommi SG myself. I see you've changed the tuners too, got locking ones on a few of my other guitars and may upgrade the SG also. I love your delivery, great Northern humour. Keep the superb videos coming dude!

Interesting bit of information about that Bigsby. Years back when I had to leave a Les Paul, I traded in my perfect SG Pro with a factory Bigsby tail piece. The guy said, "oh, most people don't like that Bigsby, I'm afraid that will cut the value. Wanker. I've still got the LP though. Enjoy the videos though.

Hi, If you set a height of 0.3 mm over the first fret it will give a great playing action. Then, set 1.5 to 1.2 mm over the last fret the action is great for fast shredding etc. Just my settings when I build a guitar and setup a neck. Cheers

I'd put a floyd rose on a fucking Jazz Bass if I could! Also, you bought two lubricated nuts... Good job man! On a serious note though, I am considering putting a B7 on my Epiphone Les Paul Custom Plus. I tried it at on a gretsch at my local guitar center, and loved it.
  • Nice info well-done question which nut size you bought for the SG thank you.Or product number
