10000 steps workout created for YOU! This is a low impact, no jumping, fun workout (well, at least I think so)! It is a true 10000 step workout which is easy on the joints yet gets your heart rate elevated and gets those steps in. As I always say, please modify any movement that needs to be changed to suit your needs. We'll start off with a warm-up and then as the music picks up, so will our steps and our heart rate. We'll finish with a cool-down and stretching. If you decide to skip my stretch routine, please take the time to do your own since it is crucial to stretch after a long workout.

If you enjoyed the workout, please subscribe and write a comment! I'd love to hear from you!

Wishing you improved health!
Jules

Last year on this day, I was in intensive care recovering from open heart surgery. It was my 73rd birthday. Today, I completed this wonderful workout in celebration of another year of life and health. Thank you for this gift.
  • I've tried so many 10,00 step workouts and this is the ONLY ONE that is a real 10,000 step workout and it's not hard to do either. Thanks for everything you do Jules.
  • I love this workout so far I've lost 70 lb with it Don't give up fitness is your life ❤
  • I need 10,000 steps per day. This video is perfect for what I need.

I began a year long diet in September of 2021. I lost 96 pounds. I felt so good but it started to slowly come back on no matter what I did, I could not lose it. Now, almost 2 years later (experiencing issues like an itb injury, neuropathy, sprained ankle and now trying to recover from a torn meniscus, I have packed on about 20 lbs. I needed a good place to start exercising again, and I found you. That is a long work out but it was perfect for me! Great moves, lots of arm movements and my heart rate reached 120. (I also have Bradycardia and am 64 years old) I pray with this perfect workout, by 65 in 6 1/2 months, I will lose that 20 lbs. You are so personable, good music and I found myself just smiling through this workout😊! Thank you 🙏! You are a Godsend!

I’ve been doing this workout 2-4 times a week for the last 2 months, I can honestly feel my fitness improving. I’m doing calorie deficit too so this is going hand in hand for weight loss. I’ve dropped 3 dress sizes in nearly 3 months! Thank you so much I wouldn’t go with anyone else to work out 💪🏻

I started this on yesterday a complete beginner bmi 30. I had to take 10 breaks to finish. Today I was able to last the entire workout without a break. What I was missing was constant breathing flow during the movements. When she said smiling is good while you work out. It was then revealed to me that if I smile I could control my breathing and it worked. Smooth sailing today!! You can do it!!!
  • What a fantastic choice of music! Glory to Jesus. Thank you so much, finally found someone with music I like.
  • Love this workout!!! completed it 2 days in a row! This 62 year old Granny is grateful! thank you so much!!!
  • I'm a 74-year-old man and can't go to a gym because of being immunocompromised. Lots of germs in a gym, even if you do wipe down your equipment. I do 30-minute Yoga session 6 days a week, lift weights (only 10 pounds..I mean...I AM 74) but I just haven't found a good cardio program until THIS one. It is simply perfect for me. I can't do the full 10,000 steps in one session so I do it over 3 days. The exercises are short (30 seconds each) and then there's the less vigorous "dance" between each exercise. All exercises are easy to follow and my cardio goal of 125 is met daily, and easily. The music is listenable, the set is bright and colorful and the presenter is simply excellent. Always a smile. So I have finally found my cardio sessions. I know I won't get board with this as there are so many different, easy-to-follow exercises. I can honestly say that this is fun! So glad I found "10,000 Steps Workout"! Alan in NH

The 30 second clock is awesome! Thank you soooo much for putting this out there for us! I’m in my 60’s, over weight had two total knee replacements and had two total hip replacements in the past 3 years. • @laurap6425
I've been working out three weeks today, and I did this after a meal. I finished it! It's my first time EVER that I tried this 10000 workout and finished it all at once! I plan on coming back for sure!
  • @TheRelizabeth
Thank you for the longer workouts. It’s a snowstorm outside. I feel so much better!❤
  • Thank you for making your videos! I started with your 30 minute video and could never make it after 20 minutes for the longest time. Eventually, I got there and now I am going to work my way up to completing this video! You give me goals and without saying anything, you give me encouragement. I have had five back surgeries in the past. The last one was in 2012. I am 67 and having what will be the last surgery in November of this year 2024. I have been encouraged to get myself in shape and that’s what I’m doing! Thank you, thank you thank you!
