Aatrox's passive healing is based on certein percent of enemy's max health. So that means dummy has 10k health, you would steal like 2k-4k hp from it.

So many people commenting dont understand that the dummy has 10k hp and that his healing from ult is based off of max health of the enemy and his lifesteal items so yeah... This makes sense and it wouldnt happen unless someone is building full hp against aatrox
