I have a 2004 FX4 that had the same noise, I removed the right hand windshield post grab handle and drilled a hole large enough for the tube on a can of great stuff expanding foam a few inches up from the dash and filled the windshield post with it. It worked, no more noise.

Have you checked that someones hasn't poked a pen down the heater flaps?? 🤘😝🤘. Cheers 🍻.

This Has been an issue, but it's solved. It's the trim running up the outside of the windshield. I put 2" wide blue painters tape up both sides of the windshield (on the outside) drove down the freeway and it stopped. I'm going to silicone under the window trim using Permatex clear, the 1.5 oz tube because it's small enough to get under the trim without having to remove it.

Basically, I know how to 1. Put petrol in a Car & 2. Just about Drive it... so I'm not sure if that's a good noise or a bad one happening?? Sounds a bit rattly to me but that could be a good thing... I just don't Know?? 😂🤣😆😉👍🙏. Cheers Buddy 🍻.

I have an 06 with a similar noise but not as often or persistent as the video. My issue was the black trim on the edge of the windshield that runs the length of the cab. The clips that hold it down to the windshield are not very durable. I installed new clips on the drivers side and it did the trick. Before you order new clips push down on the trim too see if it is loose, if it is then that may be your problem.

Does it happen when accelerating or constantly

I have an 06 F150 with this noise and it drives me crazy. I googled and remove parts of the dash and the crowl section on the outside and can't find it. Did you ever fix the noise...was it the windshield seal?

i just started experiencing this today on my 2013 f150, any idea? cabin filter? windshield seal?

Does yours have a moon roof? For the least likely reason mine was due to some tape stuck in the seam of my moon roof it's gone now
