theres a difference between highly decorated and overdecorated. levels like astral divinity benefit from their insane decoration, as its nearly the entire purpose of the level. glowy, for one, was designed with obscene amounts of glow in mind as a difficulty factor.

Besides Utopia Delusions, I would consider Bloodlust and Fusion to be pretty balanced when it comes to decoration. Bloodlust has some parts that I would consider to be a bit underdecorated (still, though, thats what makes the level so pleasing to look at), and Fusion goes in a similar boat, as there isn't much backround, but rather, a foreground.
