  • Consistency is key. Anyone who gives up will never get subs. If you don’t giveup, subs will come. Everyone’s journey is different. Someone might get 1k subs in a month, another, in a week, another in 2 years but at the end of the day, you’re in charge. Goodluck to all💙💪🏾💥

Putting aside my fear of rejection was the key to getting started. 350 people are loving my cat's.

Every word was on point Roberto, as a Beginner Youtuber from Ghana, I find Contents like this: ( A Charging Dock). Thank you Sean and the entire Think Media Crew for your efforts in empowering creators.

I don't feel frustration, stress, or anger anymore in regards to my channel growth. I let the numbers ride now. What I care about is connecting with my viewers to open the door to a conversation. Engagement matters most to me. If I can make engaging content that people enjoy that alone will generate subs. I don't want to fall into the trap of seeing my subs as numbers. I want a connection with real people.

It's hard to keep grinding with seemingly no progress. It's like waiting for a train on the abandoned train station.

Even if Roberto says that those 800 videos weren’t the best and could’ve been better, it’s still 800 videos and 3 years of dedication. How many people can say that they’re THAT dedicated? I’ve just recently, after one of Roberto’s lives that I was listening to, have been dedicating myself to releasing more content. I remember he said something about focus, basically to get rid of (or put to the side) those distractions that aren’t leading you towards your goal. I was making 1-2 videos a month last year and this year I started January with 3 videos and 1 livestream, already have my first podcast episode in February, one livestream and one video. Hoping to push out 2 or more videos for this month. For anyone who reads this it feels SO GOOD to know you’re putting in the work, especially when you know you’re not half-a**ing it 💯

My channel blown up in last Aug-Oct 2022. I got my highest subs in Sep 2022. I was doing Kpop dance, my dancing was so bad, it get attention, there are haters. People were flooding my comments box ASAP as I uploaded my video . I danced in kitchen, I pushed it all the way outdoor. There is a certain time frame, I must shoot my bad dance, to upload within a certain time to get views. It was a very exciting period, was able to grow to 1K subs because of my bad Kpop dance. Exciting 🙂. Actually, I was getting out of my depression, I lost my job. Aug 2022 onwards was a recovery time. Thank God for the subs and views. Total views for SEP 2022 was 200k to 300k, I was trying all my best to push for a million views for my channel. It happened, channel hitting 1million views. Just keep Creating and hustling, every step of success is building to a bigger success in the future. Never give up even you got haters, your family doesn't understand what you doing, turn down all toxic people and negative people. Toxic and negative people are both double losers. Keep going Stronger 💪💪💪. The best is yet to come. Live it !
  • Thanks for the information. I hope we all go viral at some point😊

It's all about the journey, guys! That's what a lot of us struggle with. We want to be successful and make things happen, but it takes time. You won't get anywhere if you don't constantly put yourself in situations with challenges and obstacles and take them head on. It's not always easy, but eventually you will see that all the hard work builds character and determination, which pays off in the end.

As of now I have 1.46k subs I hope to get 10k by the end of this year
  • Awesome tips Roberto! As a former Buddhist Monk who makes videos on meditation related material I find that I get many subscribers, but still haven't goten the kind of hours that I was hoping for. I think a large part of it is that I haven't been making enough content. Currently releasing one video per week and one daily short about meditation which has been doing great and is a fun thing for me to do aswell :)
  • @hennyknows
Great value, almost a month on youtube, still climbing
  • @JennyGaston
Thanks for these tips.👏🏾As a full time mental health professional and mom if 2 boys, all my videos will have to be live and uncut because I wouldn't be able to edit all my content unless I hire someone. Keep the videos coming ♥️

Thanks for the tips! Trying to run my pt business full time and grow a YouTube channel is so challenging. I feel like I don’t stop, but wow 800 videos in 3 years is insane! This encouragement keeps me going.
