Correction: Facebook has it's own datacenter and they maintain their own infrastructure. Facebook does not use AWS or Azure or GCP or any 3rd party cloud service.

Mr. Bezos recieved a feedback from one of his overseas customer who joking said that if they sold ( i don't remember specifically but i think it was a belt) then that would be great which made him and team realise that why not then they started selling other products as well.
