Disagree with the outlaw assessment. The gun’s already a laser bc of its auto rifle recoil, and outlaw is a faster reload than rapid hit x5. Sure wish this thing could get seraph rounds.

Outbreak with Outlaw is good if u get a precision kill thar massive reload speed without a loader mod or on your mark X3 solar hunter it's sp satisfying. Headseeker is for PVP it's gonna be an optinal Perk and not the OG Catalyst before it even got updated. Clickbait thumbnail, sure, but idc cause I'm a PVE player and rather pve perks.
