When I was a senior in high school we had a similar project where we write a letter to ourselves 4 years in the future and I also wrote the opening line as "I hope you're not alive to read this" as a little J&A reference

I turned 30 today. I remember watching this at 20 thinking "damn, Amir is older than I thought. 30 is getting up there!" Now look at me. Nearly a decade old with nothing to show for it save for a couple successful business ventures and a lovely wife 😢
