The ring on the finger! Congrats to you and Mei!!! Also, soaking the noodles in hot tap water (not boiling them [Ina Garten technique]) helps achive the perfect lasagna noodle texture.

Matt you need to par boil the pasta noodles first before you assemble the lasagna and bake it. I boil 3 lasagna sheets in salted water for 2 minutes and then take them out and assemble the layer. Boiling the pasta for 2 minutes first makes a huge difference
