I now have a six-figure income, am stronger, healthier, and have more free time to spend with my loved ones. I am living my life for me and feel happier for it. As the year was coming to a close I was freaking out and getting overwhelmed. But then I did my good vs bad lists and it turned out 2023 was actually a great year. I was just focusing too much on the things that didn't go well. It completely improved my mood and got me excited for the New Year 💃🏾

just did my year in review and I was pleasantly surprised to find it difficult to write out "the bads." i only wrote down three, which is so nice to see laid out because i thought this year was tougher than it actually was. my "goods" on the other hand? i couldn't stop writing about them haha. thank you and happy new year, asia!
