Kudos to everyone involved for keeping straight faces.
-
The thought of playing with janes maracas has got my twanger standing to attention.
-
God Bless and R.I.P Geoffrey Hayes gave me and so many others much happiness growing up in the 70’s watching Rainbow , he will be missed by young and old all over the country .
-
"I was banging away all night with Rod and Roger!" "Yes, but it broke my plucking instrument..."
-
Who needs Fifty Shades of Grey when you can have Rainbow Twangers lol!!😂😂😂😂
-
Still has me in tears of laughter! RIP Geoffrey, you were the best!
-
You could probably show this in nursery school and the kids would think it was just another episode, while the teacher collapsed in a corner.
-
This was actually recorded as a joke by the cast and crew, who played it at their annual staff Christmas Party (usually they just did a bloopers tape, but this particular year, made something different). It was never aired on children's TV. However in 1991 it was shown on the Victor Lewis Smith - TV Offal, who mistakenly said it was a 'pilot' show. Still fookin hilarious though..

you can change the dress, the era, and the style, but you cannot change the sexual innuendos or jokes.... timeless
-
RIP Geoffrey, thanks for the childhood memories.
-
Pure classic!! What a great country England was back then. I feel blessed to have grown up in the 60s, 70s and 80s.. God Bless Geoffrey Hayes legend!!
-
This will never not be funny.
-
Another piece of my Childhood now just in memory....fantastic memories.... Condolences to his family and friends.....and everyone else...
-
820 people didn't get to play with Bungle's twanger.
-
How they all kept straight faces while doing this I’ll never know.😂😂😂😂😂 Genius.👏🏻👏🏻
-
I first watched this back in 2009/2010, and to this day, it still has comedy value. "If you haven't got any balls, ask a friend if you can play with his".
-
LOL! This should have been officially aired on TV late at night as a treat for the parents of the kids who watched Rainbow.
-
Rest in peace, Geoffrey. Thanks for all the laughs.

R.I.P. Geoffrey... It seems that all the personalities from my childhood are either dead, ancient or getting arrested! Still glad I was born in the 70's though.. I think I could have been shown this episode when I was a kid and not seen anything wrong with it. Hilarious now though, nice one! 👍
