What a great song. As someone that battles severe anxiety and depression, it’s a daily struggle and battle within yourself that you don’t know how to escape.

Shinedown isn’t a band, they fight Monsters. Theirs, yours, and mine. We’re all human and the darkness is scary, but the Monsters are just a symptom of the human condition. We’re stronger than we think ✊❤

I battle depression but looking at me, you'd never know. This song resonates so deeply with my soul. I wish I got to see you all perform in Wilkes Barre (like 30 minutes from me.) But as a fan from the beginning, I'm seeing my first Shinedown concert in New Jersey, with the woman that gave me life. I love you, mom.

I have always loved their music and their purpose, but the best part is they are trying to bring awareness to a problem to someone who needs help and don't realize it. Awesome band and awesome song. THAT hit home and I am so grateful it did. Thank you Shinedown!

My 28 yr old struggles and as his Mother I had to do the hardest thing ever but I did get him Help and guess what that’s all he needed. Today I can say I see my Son again it’s Amazing!!! What reaching out and doing what feels and hurts but if you leave it untreated the worse things you ever know you may face. He’s “SMILING” again and has positive thoughts and moving on to his Dream Career being a Nurse to help others and from his heart & Soul to just see someone sick “ Smile” Like he can again. Saw you in 2021 in Tampa and going back there to see yall again the 29th of this month back in Tampa.. it is now a tradition to come to Tampa to see you every time you come there. This song touched me to my inner core.. it sounds a whole lot like me and my husband who is fighting stage 4 cancer... hes fighting like hell for his life and i find such solitude in your music it touches my soul in ways that never happened before. Thank you all so much for all the music thru the years. You guys are like fine wine ... just keep getting better with age!! We love you all!!

Being a 55year old bipolar addict in recovery for 22years I think this is amazing . I like most types of music and music is so therapeutic to me I totally respect when artists admit that they are not perfect and are willing to be honest and doing what they can to help

Took my 20 yr old daughter to see Shinedown last September…her favorite band. They are incredible live !! I thought I’d be the oldest person there lol. There were many older than me, different shapes, different sizes & most importantly different races. We were all rockin’ out ❤

We all have our battles to fight,we all have times when we feel like giving up,times when we just can't take it anymore,but then we think of the ones that love us, and the ones we love, and how it would hurt them, and so , somehow, some way,we find the strength to carry on , and THAT is also a symptom of being human !!!!!

This has to be my absolute favorite song by them I’ve seen them many times over the years and they hold a special place in my heart the last time I saw them was with my fiance in 2016 before she passed away so they will always be a memory of her for me thank you guys for a great night and memory
