in ableton you can also go to session view and click the little 'c' in the bottom right to see which tracks has the most performance hit to identify where you might want to freeze or other stuff :) - great video!
  • @tralfmusic
Thanks for the vid - I'm definitely going to be toning down the Oversampling on all my soothe/kclip plugins scattered throughout my projects

I just tried your tips...and it actually works. Thank you for sharing your experiences! 😉👍

Thank very much! Changing the performance in the Power Plan helped me. I forgot to change it after reinstalling my OS.

Excellent tutorial. Currently working on a music project and noticed my CPU load was increasing to 80% and above load. This video will definitely help to bring down the load percentages. Reading the additional comments, also helps me a great deal. Thank you and thank you all for your comments.

Render midi instruments to audio. Works much smoother.

Cheers mate!, thanks for uploading this video, I had 7700k back in time 4.2 ghz base clock and 4.5 boost clock quad core, now i will get 5600g gig and this video helps.

DPC latency is the main problem with windows. I am a computer engineer. So performing a million tweaks is necessary for music use case and if you know what you are doing you can spend 1500 on a pc or 8000 for an equivalent mac with the same storage capacity. I have a pc with 4TB of plugins try doing that with a mac for under 8k

Really lovely video. I am worried about turning all of my Serum plugins to draft quality because I don't know if it will export in high quality again! But I suppose I'll try it and see how it works out, and can always export with 2x again.

Thank you so much! I’m suffering from this issue lately and it’s really insightful. Nevertheless I’m interested of buying the Macbook Pro M2 (and also saw your great video). Can you pls tell me based on both of your knowledge and these videos, which is best for music production (and these cpu issues)? M2 Pro or Max? Thanks again!!❤

Song is cool. Is it yours? Reminds me of old 2000s trance. Miss those days.
