I am realizing that this show is so drenched with historical facts that i do not always catch or understand them the first time is see it. There have been many times where i had to go to my Bible and refresh my memory to be able to understand what some of the scenes are trying to say. I thought i knew my Bible, but I realize how many things there are in the Bible that i am just missing. It is exciting to unpack so many things in the Word again and more often than not, discover other things also in the process. Things that were not even mentioned or implied in the show. It is an exciting journey... - Thank you so much for what you are doing.

I'm team Martha. I've always felt sorry for her. I love the way Jesus handled letting her know that he understood her feelings, while gently letting her know that the most important thing we have to do is to commune with him... reading the Bible, listening for what he's teaching us, and fellowshipping with him.

I absolutely love the scene with his mother her washing his hair and the talk

Luke is an amazing Judas! The humanity that he brings to the most despised man in history will make his demise that much more heartbreaking.

If Jesus would come to my apartment with His disciples I could see me with my mouth wide open and in shock. When I recovered let’s say I would say please sit down be comfortable then ask if I could get Him something to drink then sit down! I would be too shocked to even think about what my things looked like. HOWEVER if I KNEW He was😊 coming I would go crazy cleaning up.

Such a beautiful portrayal of the conversation with Martha. Kind, gracious, Jesus letting her know He sees her. And I love how they are setting up the betrayal by Judas by showing how he completely believes Jesus is the Christ, but that his human understanding, temptation and earthly influence can subtly and easily mislead us. It could have been me that betrayed Jesus, which I think is the point. I pray this realization will make me more humble and less judgemental, and more forgiving and vigilant and loving.

First will be last and last will be first. Big James said he would be happy to be last yet he was the first martyred. 😊✝️💙

I love having this on in the backyard while i work and do art. It's such a calming show. It keeps my imagination focused on how Jesus would deal with stuff if He was here today. Please, PLEASE make a lot of shows in addition to 7 seasons of this one. Also, please consider doing the rest of the Bible in the same style. Also, please consider doing the rest of the left behind series as a multi season show. Basically, I want you to replace all of television. 😅

I am team Mary although I have been called Team Martha. I had to learn to worry less because the dishes can wait, then go read the Bible and study the scriptures for an hour. Earthly things will pass but Jesus’s word is everlasting ❤

When Jesus was speaking with Mary about his disciples not understanding, is when I truly understood what he was in a physical form. I never thought about how he knew he is the Christ in human form and knowing what was going to happen. Why I never thought this is beyond me. What a magnificent being and how I wish I could have walked with him.

I was rejected by a nun and not allowed to have my first communion. I was so excited that I was to receive Jesus and know him. Since then Jesus was unattainable to me be cause there was something wrong with me. The chosen has brought Jesus back to me in a relationship I never thought I could have with me. Thankyou so much. God and Jesus are not a religion but a deep and loving relationship. I nearly died when I was 17. I broke my back and severe internal injuries and thought I was punished by God. I have had a lot of tragedies in my life but also great blessings. Thankyou so much for the Chosen. I know I am right with God and Jesus. AMEN
