Living out in the country, I love my neighborsā¦.oh wait we donāt have any. Those are the bestest kind. ššš¼

It's not a police matter, it's civil. Real nice fence by the way.

I feel this manās pain. I live next door to evil 1 and evil 2. Some people just arenāt happy unless they are bothering other people.
-
I'm 60 and in all my life I've never had nor knew these kinds of "neighbors " existed. Lucky me ā®ā¤

Getting yelled at over driving over someoneās yard is legit
-
i remember the first house i bought, beautiful. wasn't but 5yrs old and a great price i honestly couldn't reason why the people sold it just to move 5 blocks away. then after we moved in... met the neighbors.

The fence is beautiful!

He has every right to get upset about someone driving over his yard. I also think he handled quite calmly.

First thing my builder told me before we broke ground. Get a reputable business to shoot the boundaries, and double check with the city to ensure the lines are correct before doing any land improvement.

I hate neighbors. The saying that good fences make good neighbors is so true!
-
I'd LOVE to have a Karen for a neighbour- she'd be in therapy within the 1st week !
-
It's his yard he can get a fence if he wants to
-
I would just sit there and say meow
-
All those who keep saying they ran over Karen and Bob's lawn were not paying attention. The guy said it was his property and his lawn.

I really like that fence!!

"The man of the house...I use that loosely...continues to say negative things..."

I had something similar in early 2019. The home next door has a retaining wall because the back yard was filled in to make it level but the wall isnāt on the property line so it looks like it is part of my back yard but itās about a foot out. They never maintained the strip so weeds and poison ivy grew in from the other side. I made them aware but they didnāt do anything. I decided to have the entire bed taken out to start fresh, so the landscaper cleaned it out and left. I get a knock on my door to find one of the neighbors (2males) with smoke coming out of his ears and having a fit that I went āonto his propertyā and removed the weeds. During our conversation I had to ask him 3 times to calm down, asked him why he cared because they never maintained it, to which he replied āthatās a good pointā, and the best partā¦ā¦..he watched the landscaper from his dining room window the entire time. I asked why he didnāt come out and say something and he hesitated before saying ā I donāt like confrontationsā. Didnāt seem he had a problem with having one with me! He ended up being very paranoid concerning any landscape work I was having on my property next to his. They both ended up trespassing on my property 4 times trying to locate the corner property pin and claimed they had but weāre about 8 feet off and marked a pipe! š¤¦āāļø He also confronted me in front of my house, insulting me and calling me passive aggressive! I guess he couldnāt take it so they sold their house in October of that year and moved away!
