  • How can a movie simultaneously not take itself seriously and be a serious masterpiece at the same time?

They showed this film for one day only at my local theatre here in the US. My jaw dropped seeing this scene on the big screen.

This was the first Indian movie I had ever seen in the theatre. I saw it in Vancouver, Canada with a pretty rowdy crowd, which as a westerner, I wasn't used to. For the first hour, I was thinking, ok everyone settle down, I'm trying to focus. But when this moment happened, when the animals launched out.. It was the biggest explosion I've ever heard from an audience and at that point even I was on my feet screaming. Honestly one of the best experiences I've had in a theatre.

There are icons, there are iconic scenes and then there's "RRR". I hope Netflix can some day add the original Telugu dialogue track.

I never knew I needed to see a guy throw a leopard at one guy, only to immediately see the same guy slow-mo under a tiger. That was so awesome, even if CG.

These animals are more expressive than the ones in the live action Lion King. This was the coolest scene in the movie for me.

For those people who experienced this scene in theater knows that the worth of there ticket has been covered in interval bang itself, such an iconic scenes

This is nothing compared to the theatre experience of this scene! It was a gobsmacking experience that only those who watched in the theatres will understand what I'm trying to express! Insane and electrifying!
  • Did not expect him to use the animals like this. This movie deserves lots of Oscars!!!!!
  • @ShizzSup
This movie is monumental, honestly astounding amazing and breathtaking!!! As an American I’ve never been able to watch a movie in another language and never feel like there is a barrier it was almost universal and a very straight forward message !!! I’m proud of this movie as an American ?! I love it !!
  • @DarkHawkk
The theatre experience of this scene made me full-blown 'Freakout Mode' for more than 20 minutes.. Damnn still remembers that 1st time watching experience in the theatre.. SSR is truly a master storyteller India has ever produced.. In the distant future, the Film Awards will be named after the 'SS RAJAMOULI AWARD' in India.!!

Man this film is just incredible!! Those 3 hours just flew by. Easily one of the best films I've watched this year!!
  • @gabaghoul6759
This is in my top ten movies of all time. It hits every note you could possibly want: political intrigue, romances, bromances, prison breaks, rescue missions, sick action scenes, throwing a leopard at a dude that proceeds to eat him, love, broken friendships being mended, and dance numbers. By God the dance numbers. Haven't had this fun watching a movie in I don't know how long.

This movie shits on most marvel movies! Absolutely needs to be in American theaters!
  • @ichigoichie369
this scene itself is very cool. But the context behind it, the tension at its climax where two friends clashes, bheem’s objective to save malli and the one hour buildup behind makes it all the more thrilling. What an experience

I do not know telugu and have never watched any south films but this movie was one of the best movies I have seen after a very very long time. Became a fan of JR. NTR

How in gods name did they ever assemble so many elements so flawlessly. Takes my breath away every time I see it!
