Howard was really a creep and a pervert back then wasn’t he? I’m glad he changed for the better as the series went on. He easily has one of the best if not the best character development out of anybody. Good for him.

Howard was the ultimate creep. just like when he gave Penny a teddy bear with a camera inside, so he could spy on her. I never liked him as a character, he didn't earn his 'change' at all, and he didn't deserve it. Howard is the worst character for me.
