Donald Gorske (USA) has eaten at least one Big Mac every day since 1972. He's in great health and continues to collect his favourite sandwich in bulk twice a week now that he's in retirement!
He recaps his journey and explains why he enjoys the double patty burger from the golden arches so much.

Everyone acts like it’s totally crazy that this guy is still alive after eating all that McDonalds, but the thing is he JUST eats Big Macs - no fries, no gigantic cups of soda, no fried chicken nuggets, etc.
