Y'all this one was... certainly a cosplay. Definitely got some upgrades to make (I just got some new silicone hands in and just sewed up some new gloves today!) but I hope you can enjoy this journey of trial-and-error!

As always guys, please do feel free to comment if you have any questions!

2:54 Lesson 1, buy the hands for $50, don't make for $100 5:30 make pockets somewhere and don't forget 6:23 put shirt on mannequin or stretch it over something to paint. Cover object to avoid staining. 6:55 cover the unpainted areas first (but this looks fine) 8:55 one of us, phone on boxes to record Uhh, there's a lot with stitching, watch it yourself. 13:23 retrying the button 14:34 3rd try 15:56 4th try, simple is better Molding 21:49

I love the "if you can't hide it, exaggerate it" approach - I have been preaching that to every friend for years hahah. This is the first time i hear someone else say it and it makes me happy

Hello, I did hands, arms, legs and feet in the past, I used silicone too for the mold, but lined it with a thin coat of a shore A20-30 hardness two component liquid polyurethane rubber and filling it with a two component, flexible and very light polyurethane foam. Developed this with a friend for artificial limb protectors. I really enjoy your content, keep it up, cheers 😊

As a fellow cosplayer let's be honest with ourselves half of the "I'll make my life harder because I don't want to buy pre-made stuff" is also because we actually like doing the more complicated option.... like sure we WILL bitch about it to anyone who will listen, but we also enjoy doing it lol
  • @DerFauleHund
Great costume. I can't say how and why but the face of your Angeldust makes my brain freak out. I really like the simple but completely different and masculine look. :)
  • @katethevampire
As someone who is only done a few cosplays and none of them outside of wig+clothes some makeup and ears one time, people who use silicone and make limbs are like dark wizards using black magic. Absolutely love the cosplay and how it turned out!

If i were you, i would've been so frustrated I'd just grow an extra set of arms😂 Great cosplay and great determination 💗
  • @AKAScooter
It came out great. Remember, it is only true hubris if you refuse to be humbled by knowledge and experience which is clearly not your case.
  • OH MY GOD I WAS GONNA COSPLAY ANGELDUST, YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW HELPFUL THIS IS. MARRY ME OMG I mean huh
  • @morikokobayashi
When I saw your Angel Dust cosplay you motivated me to start cosplay again since 2019 thank you❤ you're awesome ❤
  • @Hippiegirl
I realised the other day he technically has 6 arms, but most of the time, he only seems to use 4 and retracts the other 2
  • an idea to hold the jacket closer to the waist is to look into a little Victorian technique in the form of a waist tape. it is essentially a hidden belt under a jacket or bodice to hold it in place without any strain on buttons or hooks. Love the look though so fun and cool to see all the processes and details you added

Besides the wonky arms for Angel Dust this costume is Stunning!!!
  • @TheArtShift
O-ONE MINUTE?.?.?. HOW DID I PULL THIS OFF-
  • @jeewjitsu
I have never watch a full video like this before I loved this cosplay and MAAAN the work that went in wild.
  • Can we please say thank you for all the EXTREMELY hard work she did for Angel Dust?! As much as i love him, his arms are annoying and weird but so are spiders. I love the fact you took time and effort - and...a lot of gems - to make this outfit come to life. It doesn't matter if it didn't work, i love it! I don't think people would be close enough to you to see the flaws. I love it and I'm sure Angel Dust would love it too! You did such a great job. Well done!!❤❤❤❤❤
  • @Fly4Ever
The fact that she made this is awesome. Also, her accent is like, my FAVORITE EVER!
  • I'm in shock and awe and upset that I didn't know sooner that you were Australian, and you are the owl thing that lives rent free in my head
