something tells me this lady grew up to be the therapist of a guy who never had the makings of a varsity athlete

And he's the nice guy, I can only imagine if it was Joe pesci

Ray’s face as he walks away is priceless. Ray was a great actor! RIP Ray Liotta.
  • What I love about how Scorsese directs violence is that it feels raw and he seems to make it clear that what's going on is horrible and it gets you uncomfortable, regardless of how you feel about the characters. Even when the violence in his films are a little flashier, he still finds a way to make us uncomfortable.
  • I like the way Ray Liotta struts across the street...no words but the sound of his shoes ..

henry is like: "no one, i mean NO ONE, abuses my wife but me."

" hey " and " don't shoot ". His friends really helped alot

i like how scorsese always depicts violence in its most cold realistic nature, no romanticization

Walks up. No words. Bashes head in. Clean and to the point.

I love that there is a sprinkler going in the background. Scorsese is a genius
  • What an actor. We will miss him so much. This movie without him would not have been the same. He was incredible.

Personally, I think Liotta should’ve been nominated that year. He managed to hold his own against Joe Pesci and Robert De Niro. That’s nothing short of impressive.

Ray Liotta was so convincing in this scene because he was "really angry." In a Interview he said that his mother was dying from cancer during the shooting of Goodfellas.

Dude absolutely earned every hit he got.

The punches really felt meaty, and his look of pure rage at the end is brilliant. RIP Ray Liotta

..back when Ray tried quitting smoking without Chantix

throughout most of the film Henry Hill didn't really do anything violent, he seemed to be shocked by the violence most of the time, but this scene showed that he's a wiseguy for a reason as he can be violent when he wants to as well
