As a Mexican i don't think that his bussines practices where unfair, because at the time there where no anti-monopoly laws so he was not the only beneficiary other companies lke Televisa, enjoyed a media monopoly for decades until the anti-monopoly laws started, so it was not unfair because the law didn't penalize it, ut was ethic that depends on the person point of view.
