#6 Caribbean Wave Resin Bowl (Bowl #4)

Published 2020-03-23
UPDATE: This was one of my first bowls and I have made over 30 of this bowl since and have changed how I do it. I now achieve lacing, I don’t use shells, I pour it slightly differently, etc. I did post an updated version but have tweaked it even more since then.

I used India Ink to colour the resin for this bowl, making it translucent. I really love the look of this bowl and I think you will too. All products used are linked below. Please like and subscribe if you enjoyed this video. Thanks!!

I am committed to posting videos of each and every piece I make so that we can learn together what works and what does not.

It looks like it could be enlarged to be a mounted sink bowl in upscale tropical themed guest bath/powder room! 💙💚

They are raising the prices of art supplies so much you cant hardly afford to do crafts anymore.

Her daughter was wrong (I think). The shells are a good addition, they're giving the bowl just the right amount of extra interest, IMO. I really like this bowl.

I actually like how the white turned out. It reminds me of the sea foam in the Caribbean waves.
