  • People have a very short attention span, they forget quickly and companies know that.
  • Great video Autumn and thanks for the shout out. We tend to get caught up in the details without looking at the big picture - great tips on how to do that here!
  • @tdean5840
Dang! This is probably the best video I have watched on this particular topic. So much to think about. Thank you. Very sensible.
  • I appreciate the information. I like the way you give information without being judgemental. I can tell you use to be a teacher. ❤🎉
  • Longchamp surprised me. This was very informative. Thanks Sis.
  • Your channel keeps getting better and better and I cannot thank you enough for your thoughtful insight and exhaustive research on so many topics.
  • I'm not surprised that these companies do the bare minimum for worker's rights and working conditions. This is what happens when we allow for too much deregulation.
  • Very well said, Autumn. I appreciate the humane values you expressed.
  • @cheryld1502
Yes, “ VOTE” !! Excellent analysis and video, Autumn ❤
  • Support local artisans. There are many local brands with skilled artisans that make genuine leather goods in good quality.
  • @PiperAddy
I only buy used now. I usually buy used everything these days.
  • I had never heard of Portland Leather until I watched your videos. Bought a couple of things, which were very nice. I've also always been into pre loved and Coach is my fave! Have really been enjoying your Coach videos.
  • @lschultz3022
The other part of the scandal is that at the same time these inhumane working conditions are in place, products sold for thousands of $$ have been revealed to cost only $50 to produce. The premium attached to these names has become a joke.
  • You are so amazing! I love your research videos! They are always thought provoking and informative! Voting is so important!! Thanks again for another great video❤
  • @andyzamora584
I used to buy luxury goods most of my life, but the prices are ridiculous and the quality is inferior, I say try to research and you’ll find all these new brands and a lot of them offer excellent quality and value, also try to buy American brands.
  • Thank you. You are the first person to remind people that Dior is part of LVMH. It is not Dior that needed to react to, but to LVMH. We live with the illusion that luxury is made by craftsman and not by a sweat shop. Which begs the question, why buy luxury at all when they are no better than Temu? You make excellent points. I agreed with you 100%. The wallet decides what we buy. Do I pay $6.00 for the cage free eggs or $3.00 for the regular eggs? I am a pre-loved fan. All of my luxury be bags are pre-loved 😁. The most important thing any of us can do to affect change is to vote. Vote like your future depends on it, because it does.❤❤
  • @petrina7883
Thanks - a very interesting video. I’m in Aus and the Dior “scandal” is pretty much hush hush here and not even mentioned. No designer company would care about my boycotting them.😅 I do believe that Dior was just the one who was caught, LVMH has sooo many brands, it’s naive to think they are all heavily regulated and doing the right by employees and it was only Dior who was doing the wrong thing.
  • @johnle3389
I like how you approach fashion through an educational lense!
  • @barbb.9489
Autumn, have you ever looked at Brahmin handbags? They carry a lot of purples and greens, bag charms, accessories etc. The bags are leather and very artistic in design. ❤😊❤ They seem to be well priced with certain sale pricing.
  • Excellent video. Logically thought through. Not overly emotional. But lots of insights. Appreciated! Have a lovely day.
