Goblin Valley camping locations:

to access this camping area turn right onto Wild Horse Road just before the entrance to Goblin Valley. There is a ton of spots to camp in different pull-outs all along the road, most of which can accommodate big rigs. Cell service in this area is extremely limited! (Specifically Verizon) However I was able to find some service in the main Hoodoo parking lot within the park.

This is a really nice free off grid camping spot that I used for multiple nights while staying in the area! It is right between the Island in the Sky District of Canyon lands and Arches National Park.
This spot is more suited for car campers and vans, however you can park a larger rig in this camping zone as long as it is not super busy!
