Shinagawa Aquarium is a welcoming place on the grounds of the Shinagawa Ward Residents' Park in Tokyo. It’s particularly popular with families, as you can enjoy intimate dolphin and sea lion performances, feed seals and otters, and interact with the friendly fish.
