I have partnered with Cricut to show you how a Cricut brightpad can come in handy when it comes to layering adhesive vinyl. Not only is it fantastic for weeding vinyl from adhesive to HTV but it's great for many purposes. I chose to test out the bright pad go as I love the portability of the wireless feature.

A dupe may not b exact but works jus as good for the Cricut Brightpad is a light up Tracing Pad u can purchase them from $10 n up!!! I hav used one for many years w my Cricut and I love it!!!!!

I have one, and I used it more for tracing hand embroidery projects. I didn't enjoy it for weeding and wondered why so many rave about it. Now I see you are weeding those little pieces after the main piece is weeded. I can see how fine tuning would be beneficial and for placing the vinyl on the little blanks. Good idea and I will pull that bright pad out the next time I am going to apply vinyl to my acrylics...they cne be pretty small. Thanks again Crystal, another good one!

I've had a light board for YEARS, you certainly don't need to pay branded prices. I love my Cricut, but they're not reinventing the egg here... You can save a LOT of money on this one.
