I'm 17 years old, i don't practice Karate for almost a year beause of a training injury that needed surgery. I almost think of quiting Karate just today, i saw some of your videos and got motivated! I now want to get better so i can train again and hopefully one day get to a world championship like you! Man thanks a lot, because of you i got my motivation to continue practiccing Karate :) (sry for bad english if eny mistakes made)

Wou!! I´m impressed with Rafael. The best in the history of Karate; the only one that has been 4 times World Champion and the only Champion that has won 2 individual categories in the same World Championship. He also led the Azerbaijan team to a Silver World Medal in 2010... and he is still friendly, simple and easy going. He is not just a great Champion but a great person!!

Rafael Aghayev has really good boxing/kickboxing skills, many world class kumite semi contact karateka have trained in boxing and kickboxing to refine their fighting style
