this dude always trains to the illest music! When he hit them pads, it sound like he was slappin some1 with one of those fraternity paddles.
  • all i got to say is, roy jones the great. he was a very special and gifted and talented creature that the boxing scene will most likely never see again.

The impact sound from the gloves, jump rope sound good too, even the sound effects from Roy's mouth whenever he releases his punches.
  • In my opinion, the most talented boxer ever. I don't recall him losing a round in his prime and when you see him work out, it is evident why. Makes me laugh when people say Floyd is the best fighter ever Roy was like from another dimension.
  • man!!! watching r j hit the mitts with his trainer with dmx's voice in the background is awesome. man that motivates me to get busy!!!!
  • great motivational video for everyone to get off their lazy backsides and up off the couch in front of the all seeing eye aka television and get busy in the gym. i like to watch boxers workout because it motivates me in the gym to stay in shape and be active and i am 44 yrs old.

This guy was a physical marvel. Outstanding work ethic married to a physical skillset that was second to none. Magnificent fighter!!

The great thing about boxing that differs from team sports is you often don't just root for a fighter because he's from your home town like a team sport. I'm from L.A so naturally I root for the Lakers but with fighters it's almost like they choose you there's something about them that makes you want to root for them. I love my fellow Roy fans you guys see exactly what I see in him. In his day it wasn't whether he was going to win or lose it was just how good was he going to look winning.
