    I see no reason why Russian warships should not dock in friendly waters. The U.S does this all the time.

    Why not? USA has 900+ bases around the world. If US can install missiles against Russia,why it couldn't be the other way around? I simply ask?

    Here from Vietnam, I don't think we like the idea of having Russians deploying their missiles here in our country. We prefer to stay neutral in the conflict and stay out of it, not to get dragged into it.
