A $39,000 offer to buy land from up under an unsuspecting elderly woman, and then attempting to drown her in legal fees as retaliation should be criminal. This is outright disgusting.

Not only is this a centuries-old family homestead, which is bad enough, it’s a billion dollar developer going up against a low income woman who is almost 100 years old. They are wrong on all levels.

She didn’t make it to 93 years old by being dumb. She’s right to want to preserve land that is rightfully hers. Living there in that peace and beauty may be another reason why she is still with us at 93. What do they want to do, stick her in a townhome? No way! I applaud this woman! The developers need to stop encroaching on her!
