You can also put fresh spinach in a small ziplock back and freeze your portion for your smoothies
  • Hey my sister you have such a beautiful spirit. You can peel your bananas and wrap individually with saran wrap and put in gallon freezer bags. I make healthy smoothies and I freeze 2 bags of organic bananas with about 8 to 10 bananas 4 to 5 each bag. I know you will succeed because you have the main ingredient, you believe in YOU!!! Thanks sis
  • I lost 50 lbs last year but then this whole pandemic happened and I lost track of myself gaining back 10 lbs no more working out it’s like I lost who I was eating in the middle of the night eating foods that are not good for me. And I’ve been trying to find someone who’s going through the same or similar things and I came across your videos and your videos have helped me to get back on track Starting today. 😊 THANK YOU. My goal is also 100 lbs I’m turning 29 in a little over a week we’re In This together right. So here’s to a new beginning thank you again for your videos.

Very good! Yes, Ninja's are very sharp and reason why I haven't got the large one. Get you some Almond Butter, cost a bit more, but more healthier than peanut butter. If want natural fiber, try ground Flax seed. Only need about 2 tsp to a smoothie. Keep it in the fridge. Ripen bananas, peel them and cut in half, then freeze in a freezer bag. All frozen fruit/veggies you use will eliminate any ice you would need. Keep it going!
  • I’m 59 and vegan, 50% raw vegan. I was a caregiver to parents and a grandmother for 20 years. They all ate the Standard American Diet full of animal products. The all passed from some form of heart disease, high blood pressure, strokes, mini-strokes, or complications. 30–40+ years on prescriptions, bypass surgery, etc. None were overweight and my father smoked one cigarette a day after dinner only. I was inspired by watching them become debilitated and pass away to change my diet. First year change was no pork or red meat. Second year change no chicken or seafood. By this time I was vegetarian. Third year change no dairy. Also during this time I limited processed foods and traditional cakes, pies, ice cream, etc. By that time I was vegan and didn’t feel deprived at all. Then I started eating more raw foods. That is what I crave now. I’m very happy with my diet now. And you are so right about seeing food as a way to live and stay healthy rather than as something done strictly for pleasure and to satisfy hunger. God bless you on your journey to a new you. 🙏

Wow just wow is the taste of this drink. If I have to drink this every morning to lose weight, I will gladly do it. Can you please share more of your recipes.

The motor underneath lets off a slight smell and it's a little loud youtube.com/post/UgkxCKuMxLnvr6fJd_M4SE-n7trcGj3zE… but considering it's size and how hard it works to do the job, it's sort of expected. I assume the smell will go away over time. Overall, I love this cute little blender. The extra cups and lids are great too!

So glad you posted about the frozen spinach. Everyone always uses fresh spinach and I think that always deters me from making smoothies. I have a blender that I haven't used in years but I'm going to try this smoothie.

This is one of my favorite smoothies! I add chia and flax seeds for an extra boost of fiber! I also freeze my bananas and spinach.
  • Thanks for this recipe. FYI I freeze my fruit. I never have to use ice. The fruit is always ice cold.
