Hosts Rachel Lindsay and Travis Mills meet the haunted and come up with theories about the cause behind the ghosting. Then the hosts look for leads in order to track down the ghost. Finally, the truth is revealed during a confrontation between the two parties.

My heart absolutely broke for Destiny, she is so strong and shows incredible maturity for forgiving Russell. And Russell's struggle of finding himself is also very real and heart-breaking, it isn't easy not knowing who you are. I feel for both of them and I hope they're both much happier now despite going their own ways at the end of the day
