I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW MUCH I LOVED THAT SUSIE SAID "Stop staring at me with that creepy face!" "You've got a SICK sense of humor" LIKE HOW FLOWEY DOES IN A UNDERTALE GENOCIDE RUN
  • @AoBaiGaming
    * Ralsei seems to scrape something off the ground. * It's...a bit of moss? * He puts the moss inside of a paper tube. * He lights one end on fire, and puts the other in his mouth. * Now the REAL blazzin' begins.

Notice how Kris was more aggressive in the Spare Route with Ralsei than Susie? Susie was struck twice, but Kris felt actual rage for Ralsei
  • @NeonLD
Basically in this situation, there is no mercy. It's just like sans when you spare him in the genocide run. Betrayal kills always do the most damage.

Susie: trying to help kris Kris: sips coffee
  • This fan game managed somehow to make spare endings even worse than killing them
  • @All54321
“You look… like you don’t want to do this anymore.” Is- is that showing how we’re forcing Kris to do this against their will? This just got a hundred times worse (emotionally)
  • @Aviannauts
“you spared me.. i suppose i should give you a tha-“ [kris beats the shit out of ralsei] “OH SHIT WAIT KRIS WAI”
  • @denontown
considering ralsei attacks with a scarf and with the puppet scarf can deal as much damage as susie, i wouldn’t be surprised if he becomes crazy strong in later chapters.
  • I knew that something was up with Ralsei the moment I realised his attacks have the karma effect. For context, the karma effect is what Sans had in his fight, it removes invincibility frames which makes attacks far more damaging. Never thought Ralsei's theme would slap so hard either

I know this probably isn’t the case. But I feel as if ralsei’s spare route is a reference to when in UT’s genocide route, you slash flowey multiple times after he begged you not to kill him.

20:52 -the two betrayers stare each other -the two of them lied -none of them has regrets -one will destroy the world -the other will conquer it -which gets the victory on the duel shall rule -thats what the dark legend says
  • The ralsei phase would trick a lot of people, because usally blue means if you don’t move you don’t get hit Edit: ummm i guess mom said it was my turn to have a popular comment even though I didn’t know

    * Dust billows. * You struggle to breathe. * Do you feel like a hero yet? * You feel nothing. * The world burns for you. * Ralsei sees through you. * Ralsei shakes his head. * Ralsei looks to Susie. He remembers sadly. * There are tears in his eyes. * The world's crashing down. * Susie brandishes her ax impatiently. * Susie thinks of ACTing, but remembers her friend can't help her now. * Susie screams something at you, but you don't care. * There are tears in her eyes. * This is what you wanted. * Finish the job.

susie: "we don't know what the hell's gotten into you" kris: "more like, what the hell's gotten OUT of me :)"
  • @fyra_cat2119
The only thing I dislike about this is Ralsei promising to bring darkness to the light world, when in the end of CH. 2, he says that doing that would literally kill every darkner, and reduce the lightners to horrible lives
  • You know, the fact that Ralsei doesn't know the Player's name is a bit odd. If you talk to the Rudinn in front of the Dojo in Ch2, he says the name of the town is [Player]town. So if the implication is that Ralsei named it, the only way the dialogue makes sense is if he's asking for our true name, not the name we gave ourselves in the prologue.

34:25 We the player chose to spare Ralsei, but Kris takes control and murders Ralsei as soon as they get the chance after realizing the betrayal. Kris never wanted to kill anyone and was in the backseat of their own body the entire story. Yet, Kris was blamed for the betrayal and was mentally broken by it. Then Ralsei, one of the few people Kris believed to be a saint, someone he had hoped would have been able to stop the player and finally put an end to things, turned out to be nothing more than a dirty liar. And that's when Kris saw it, whilst they were possessed and blamed for betrayal, the real traitor was standing right before them. And fueled by pure rage by the idea the player would spare someone as evil as Ralsei, yet kill an innocent like Susie, had pushed Kris over the edge.
  • i really love the susie phase 2 of this fight it feels so humane to where she is basicly begging you to stop fighting her truly makes it feel like your fighting one of your best friends which is sad.
