When Larry is on a podcast, the conversation is always too short.. i don't think you can find a more humble honest and caring person that is also full with great life lessons.

Larry was one of the first dog trainers that I watched when we got our GSD. Anytime I struggle with training I go to Tom and Larry, and Robert Cabral for their expertise.

Hey thanks Tom! this was a real lesson in gratitude. I'm just a pet dog owner with a growing obsession for training. I get up, walk my senior dog in the forest then take my 1yr gsp out to train at retrieves, sit stays etc and generally have awesome adventures. I work, we train again at lunch and again in the evening. Every day. I'm so grateful for the time I get to spend with my dogs. Listening to how you're both sacrificing so much of your lives to improve the lives of other dogs and their owners makes me feel truly grateful for what I have. Your content and that of other great trainers is essential in developing my learning. Thank you so much.

I Retired as remote area Deputy Sheriff in 2017 after 22 years. I ended up getting a working line GSD puppy. These two guys and that dog helped me with more than I can put into words. My wife and I are grateful. I hope to meet them both and shake their hands. THANK YOU.

“A Chihuahua and a Rottweiler is the same being just in different clothing” the smartest one liner I’ve ever heard 💪🏼

What's happening here!? Larry is currently in CA with Robert Cabral and Oscar Mora and now in New York with Tom? Larry is getting around. Lucky for us! Thanks Tom for this podcast!

As someone who has been working animals for nearly two decades, these podcasts are so cathartic for me to listen to. It’s like, someone else gets it! The imposter syndrome, the guilt, the wanting to help and getting burnt but refusing to give up, the drive to help the animals that keeps us going through it all… the list goes on and on. I don’t talk to people in my real life about my job and my work because they just don’t get it. There’s so much more that goes into working with dogs than what people see and assume is on the surface. You guys get it. This episode felt like a therapy session. Keep putting out that great content!

Hi Tom, I'm glad you have Larry on. I started following Larry several years ago. I share his ideas when it comes to E- collars to people who have No idea what they are doing. You both are awesome !! If I have questions I come to both of you for guidance.
  • @milenataylor2

I've just past the 2 hour mark and still listening. Normally never listen to more than half an hour of a podcast. This was one of the greatest podcasts ever. 2 genuinely NICE guys talking dogs and life experiences. SUPER!

Tom, and Larry, two of my favorites. Thank you so much for this interview. Larry thanks for the time you spent with me last week. Changes are afoot with my Lab. He’s currently enjoying himself in a crate full of straw. That should be a clue. Thanks again to both of you for your awesome content.👍🏼
