I’ve never seen a Dr get emotional. This really meant a lot to her

That fathers face shows heartbreak.

She made six peoples life better. RIP Symaria. You would have been a great actress. The world will miss you but a living memorial, how many people can say that? Those parents show so much love for her.

My son is a donor recipient. Thank you so much for your selfless gift. Your beautiful daughter will live on. And dad, there is no guilt you should feel. I know easier said than done, but she's always with you. Live for her, smile for her, and spread the joy she spread to so many. As long as you have memories, she will always be with you. My son says he lives everyday for his donor "brother" because without him, he would not be here. Your family is in my prayers.

Dad: live for your daughter who no longer can. You carry her with you forever. She will benefit from you enjoying life, as you enjoy life. Do not feel the least bit guilty. Embrace her memory and carry the torch for her as you learn how to smile again.

When you see a doctor get emotional, I realize that she is one amazing doctor who cares deeply about her patients.❤

Dad don't feel guilty, God knows best. May your hero daughter rest in peace.

Dear Symarias Parents. My own beloved Mrs of now 65 yrs was the recipient of a Kidney donation, transplant. West Michigan. All we ever learned it was a young man who passed from a hunting accident from East Michigan. His loved ones made the most difficult choice a parent ever makes. At the most tragic time. So I say to you n that young mans family,,all donor families . THANK YOU . For giving our family more years with our Wife, mother, grandmother. You ,your child always in our prayers. THANK YOU.

R.I.P. Symaria. It’s devastating to die at such a young age. Especially under the age of 15.
-
I knew Symaria, she went to my school and was in a couple of my classes. She is the most Kindest, Talented Person I ever met. Rest in peace Symaria. My friend.
-
It's the doctor for me. She definitely loves what she does. You dont see this anymore.

We as humans complain about nothing that matters . This should show us all how powerful and precious life is
-
Damn how do you tell a regular headache from a life threatening situation
-
I don't think that she died to donate her kidney to her dad; I believe that he needed a kidney so he could keep carrying a part of his baby girl with him despite her death, and I hope that the dad can let the sentiment of guilt go away. Through him, a part of Symaria will keep living with their family on Earth. They seem like a lovely family and she looked like a lovely girl, I'm praying for them

"The cost" that hit deep. Heart goes out to the family for losing such a sweet angel. Hope she rests peacefully and yall continue living a long life in memory of her. 🖤💯

That baby oozes greatness. God bless those parents. God please give them peace.

They need to give dad some extra love. He’s all cried out. You can see it in his face that he’s thinking about every possible universe where his daughter is still alive, and he just imagines himself being there. That’s a burning pain in your soul, all you can do is retreat into your head and reminisce to numb the pain.
-
This is so unfair. Many terrible people live long lives, why couldn’t this angel?
-
My heart breaks for these parents... I have lost a child too... My child wanted to donate but it was cancer and so it was not possible ... Dad you will find that the joy overfills the sadness.... But it takes time.... Love

They both carried their daughter inside their own bodies. Amazing ❤
