Are the pro-Saudi regime sheikhs justified in keeping silent? Or worse, are they justified if they go out of their way to aid and abet and defend and promote the Saudi regime's oppression and un-Islamic ways under the pretense of fearing for themselves or fearing the repercussions that might result from them telling the truth? Dr. Saad Al-Faqih gives his perspective.

  • Just like Sh Hassan Husayn Somali has said : None these scholars for example like Sh Fowzan and Sh Uthaymiin none went to fight to Jihad, not a single one of them wants a scratch on him for Islam. There was the Jihad in Afghanistan in the 80s none of them went.

Anyone who speaks against their shuyukh or against the oppressors is a khariji, May Allah deal with those who likes to slander

The guy seems to be a khariji. Sheikh Fawzan is a great Aleem, hafidhuAllah, and it's against the Sunnah to speak against the rulers. You have to make Du'a for the rulers, and an Aleem can advice the ruler vis-a-vis, if he thinks that it's fruitable. Wa Allahu Alem. May Allah azzawajal guides us all.

Is this sheikh a khaarijiy?he is speaking a clear nonsense. He should return to the hadith and look about the rights of rulers, and see if their is any which our scholar Al-Fawzan has deprived them!
